Cameras in the garage, entrance, bicycle storage and other common areas provide documentation of break-ins, vandalism and littering. Recordings are stored encrypted and only accessible to the board when needed – in accordance with privacy regulations.

Garage gate control with app and fob

Replace old remotes with app-based or fob-based garage gate control. Each resident has their own access, and the board can deactivate access immediately when needed. Full log of who opened the gate and when.
